Located in Bonifacio's oldest quarter, the Pisan, this restaurant-pizzeria (part of the Colomba hotel) opens onto four rooms scattered through the narrow streets and offers traditional cuisine: pancetta, apple and honey vinaigrette; fish soup; Bonifacian-style mussels; half-cooked tuna steak; lamb shank confit with honey; Bonifacian-style eggplants; chestnut flour moelleux, all served in good spirits. From the panoramic dining room, you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and Sardinia.
