You'll have to go up to the Citadelle and then find the little alleyway of Archivolto to meet Max, a colorful character whose sense of welcome is just as much a part of his reputation as the quality of his dishes: risotto with gambas and scallops, veal with olives and tasty desserts. Wine lovers will find plenty to talk about here!
