A restaurant well known to Corsicans since its creation in 1965 by the great grandmother of the current owners, and which has remained in the family bosom. A pretty house on two floors, a careful service and a refined cuisine, based on fresh products. Here, recipes are handed down from mother to daughter and everything is homemade: eggplant à la bonifacienne, fresh pasta, spaghetti with lobster, broccoli ravioli, stuffed mussels, a lunchtime formula for discovery and a tasting menu. A great classic of the refined Bonifacian cuisine.

J'y suis allée parce que j'aime bien aller voir les restaurants étoilés Michelin de temps en temps, mais pour être honnête, ce n'était pas génial. Le plat maison comporte 3 échantillons qui ont à peu près le même goût (photo). Le poisson était ????... et les prix étaient très élevés. L'endroit a besoin d'être entretenu. Il a l'air et se sent vieux, pas dans le bon sens du terme.

Un des plus beaux établissements de Corse et de France tout simplement... de la vraie cuisine généreuse avec énormément d'amour. Un service irréprochable, une ambiance chaleureuse avec les clients et entre l'équipe. Un vrai bonheur. Je m'y suis rendue en juin et en septembre c'est toujours une explosion de saveurs et un très beau moment. Ne manquez pas les aubergines à la Bonifacienne et les pâtes au four qui sont à tomber.
