A restaurant well known to Corsicans since its creation in 1965 by the great grandmother of the current owners, and which has remained in the family bosom. A pretty house on two floors, a careful service and a refined cuisine, based on fresh products. Here, recipes are handed down from mother to daughter and everything is homemade: eggplant à la bonifacienne, fresh pasta, spaghetti with lobster, broccoli ravioli, stuffed mussels, a lunchtime formula for discovery and a tasting menu. A great classic of the refined Bonifacian cuisine.

Un restaurant à ne pas manquer si vous allez à Bonifacio. Le patron est très sympa, le service est hyper pro. Quand à la cuisine, c'est une tuerie, je vous conseille le trio de plat pour découvrir les spécialités. En entrée, des moules farcies seront idéales. De plus vous y rencontrerez du beau monde, ce soir là, nous avions la famille Bocuse, le maire de Bonifacio et le président de l'automobile club de Monaco, qui est d'ailleurs un monsieur fort sympathique. Merci encore au patron de sa bienveillance et son accueil.
