A restaurant well known to Corsicans since its creation in 1965 by the great grandmother of the current owners, and which has remained in the family bosom. A pretty house on two floors, a careful service and a refined cuisine, based on fresh products. Here, recipes are handed down from mother to daughter and everything is homemade: eggplant à la bonifacienne, fresh pasta, spaghetti with lobster, broccoli ravioli, stuffed mussels, a lunchtime formula for discovery and a tasting menu. A great classic of the refined Bonifacian cuisine.

This restaurant is simply amazing. I have the opportunity to have a studio with two steps and it is true that it is a certain excitation I pass my holiday in Corsica because I know that the best restaurant country is dimensions. The setting is perfect, soft lighting and candlelit please. And the delicate cuisine and flavoured that will give you desire for plating and living in Bonifacio, the most beautiful city in the world and eating daily. The menu is varied and you do not have the least you not to finish your dish. (To be enjoyed absolutely, bouillabaisse masterfully cooked by the chef)
