When it comes to gourmet dining, this luxury establishment hasn't done things by halves! In the restaurant, Senegalese chef Gadio El Hadji offers his original recipes in which African spices and flavours add colour to the island's traditional dishes. At La Paillote, it's like coming to a friend's house to enjoy fish, lobster, crayfish, prawns, squid and other marine delicacies. It's easy to get here by sea, thanks to the in-house annex and its hospitable pontoon. The setting is enchanting and the atmosphere delightful, but... reservations are essential, especially in high season.
