In 2023, Éliane and Alain handed over their wine bar-boutique to Dume and Thomas Zuria, their neighbors at the An Faim restaurant. Savory cookies, homemade jams, pure AOC or processed olive oils, a selection of honeys, artisanal liqueurs, as well as a range of charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses from the beautiful Corsican terroir.
