A small, little-traveled road leads up from Tiuccia beach, and on the left appears the family home that Pascale Meudec has transformed into a discreet inn. You'll find it just beyond the pierced Ancona tower, a stone's throw from the Liscia bay. A beautiful garden planted with trees and flowers, a large, welcoming terrace and a host of delicious recipes: ajaccienne cuttlefish, sautéed veal with olives, homemade tripettes, lamb mice confit with spices, storzapretti à la bastiaise, fiadone, profiteroles, panna cotta with strawberry coulis... A must-try!

J'ai eu l'espoir d'un met haut en saveur à 28€ le plat pour des seiches à l'ajaccienne ! Que nenni et déception - un disque de riz blanc dans une assiette creuse avec qq morceaux de seiche en sauce disposé autour. franchement une honte pour ce prix faramineux.
En sortant, j'ai regretté de ne pas avoir pris la photo du plat. l'inflation ne justifie pas de tout.
