A large, unmissable building at the very top of the village, run by young Romain, worthy heir to the3rd generation of the Aicardi-Cruciani family. This 60s-era hotel dominates the valley like an eagle's nest, and despite its slightly old-fashioned appearance, you'll have to make the effort to go up there to find very decent accommodation at rates inversely proportional to altitude. A top-notch welcome from this wine enthusiast, accompanied by his cousin Aurélie, who runs the kitchens, to leave the gourmet traveller with fond memories. An address we highly recommend.
