DOMAINE MARTINI
The 18 hectares of the vineyard are divided into three distinct plots whose soils are best adapted to the development of vines on a total surface area of more than 50 ha, with altitude ranging from 150 to 200 m facing the sea. Organic cultivation and wine-making, controlled by EcoCert, wine AOC Ajaccio is developed by traditional methods from the sciaccarellu, niellucciu, vermentinu and cinsault varieties. The latter are deliberately mixed during fermentation to extract more colour and aromas. The red vintages Tradition, Red Prestige and rosé are remarkable.
