A good gourmet address offering real local products and a gîte d'étape as a bonus.

Located on the hiking trail Mare a Mare Centre, it is a good gourmet address in the pure farmhouse spirit for the amateurs of real local products. Here, the Corsican products are in the honor. It is above all a family business where the know-how of the delicatessen and the local cuisine has been passed on for four generations. Paul-Antoine himself makes a very good farmhouse charcuterie for sale on site and by mail order. Gîte d'étape in bonus and we will advise you without fear the half-board.

En tant que guide de rando belge sur la Corse sur le Gr20 et autres sentiers de randonnée, j'invite les groupe belges et autres, randonneurs, cyclistes ou motards à poser les sacs au gîte de Guitera (sentier Mare a Mare centre) tenu par Paul-Antoine et sa charmante compagne Geneviève. Outre un accueil chaleureux, vous y découvrirez une cuisine authentique basée sur les produits locaux ainsi qu'une charcuterie maison. Paul-Antoine est un magicien des fourneaux et vous fera découvrir son sanglier grillé aux saveurs du maquis. Une adresse à ne pas manquer : vous y reviendrez !! Roland le guide belge
