Pleasant transformation, in the heart of the village of Olmeto, where Antoine, the master of the place, a jovial figure and always in good mood, offers us his hearty salads, his good grills on wood fire and other homemade delicacies: entrecote steak of more than 400 g with the homemade sauce of your choice (forest, roquefort, with red wine, with peppercorns....) piglet, cannelloni with brocciu and tripettes in the Corsican fashion, tiramisu for gourmets, fiadone in season, homemade caramel flan in a new setting for more comfort and always with the Corsican musical atmosphere. A pleasant terrace for the summer, two rooms for the winter, small soft prices make the place an appreciated stopover. In summer, entertainment once a week!

UN endroit incontournable où la cuisine locale corse est parfaitement mise en valeur et sublimée par l'emploi de produits exclusivement locaux. Des plats copieux avec d'excellentes pièces de viande cuites devant vous au feu de bois. Une ambiance familiale qui donne l'impression de se sentir à la maison. Nous ne nous en lassons pas !

Restaurant découvert il y a 4 ans. Nous y sommes retournés 2 fois pendant notre séjour en juillet et on y mange toujours aussi bien! Une valeur sûre à Olmeto. Un très bon accueil et des plats succulents : filets de rouget, filets de st Pierre, sanglier, côte de veau.....tiramisu à la châtaigne à tomber par terre. Plats copieux et de qualité.

Bonne adresse, cuisine locale, produits frais et très bien cuisinés. Plats copieux et savoureux. Nous y sommes allé 2 fois durant notre semaine de vacances, jamais déçus!
