Dîner au restaurant de l'établissement chez Mimi, très beau cadre décoration traditionnelle carte et produits fait maison jusqu'à la préparation de sa charcuterie on s'est régalé pour ce premier repas de découverte avec en prime le petit tour du propriétaire à toutes les tables ce qui a ouvert le dialogue pour de belles adresses comme en exemple le domaine de rosa de caldane pour aller s'y détendre dans les bains thermales !!
