A family story, with Victorine, the daughter of Marie the cook, who took over the controls of this mountain stage. Large shaded terrace and above all the cuisine rich in Corsican flavours. To be tasted with eyes closed: the peasant soup of vegetables from the garden, cannelloni with brocciu au gratin in the oven, veal in Ota sauce, brother Jean-Dominique's flan with chestnut flour. As far as accommodation is concerned, the gîte d'étape is recent, clean and well equipped, with a kitchen area.
