The front of Tabac de Petreto-Bicchisano hides a discreet restaurant in the village center, run by Stéphanie and Christophe since 2009. These locals offer a warm welcome and delicious dishes concocted by the boss. Prices defy all competition for a home-cooked meal using produce from either the garden, the nearby farmers' market or the butcher/breeder: sautéed veal, breaded veal escalope, meatballs and the famous tripettes! Accueil superbe. Repas excellent. Personnellement j’ai testé le porcelet au miel Corse ( fondant et je suis d’accord avec notre hôte le gras est le meilleur ! :-) ) et la tarte tatin en dessert ! Une tuerie des vrais morceaux de pommes, un coulis, une pâte excellente !
