THE MEGALITHIC SITE OF SETTIVA
The Settiva archeological site is located near the village, on the way to Casalabriva, perched on a hill.
The archaeological site of Settiva is located on a hill near the village in the direction of Casalabriva. Dating from the Bronze Age, it consists of a funerary chamber formed by large vertical slabs semi-buried, and covered by another slab of large size. The chamber is preceded by a vestibule partitioned by slabs. Excavations by René Grosjean in 1970 revealed, among other things, the presence of about twenty single-handled cups.
