A nice discovery in a small hamlet which deserves the detour. Created by his grandmother in the 60's, Frédéric honors her by proposing to the gourmets a joyful cuisine where one will find the great Corsican classics. Here, everything is homemade, starting with the cold cuts and the clementine, chestnut or myrtle liqueurs. The local dishes in the style of Frédéric: Tianu of veal, Nustrale burger, wild boar, tripettes in the Corsican style, suckling pig, eggplant with brocciu, French toast with apricot coulis... enough to be happy to have gone further...
