Serge Titrant has transformed these long-established sheepfolds on the hillside overlooking the beaches of Palombaggia into a luxury hotel with character. The choice of materials, the integration with the vegetation, the swimming pool - everything is perfect. There's also a gourmet restaurant, La Table de Mina, run by Alsatian-born chef Jean-Jacques Gauthier. Direct access to the beach via a 700 m path. Visit the gulf with the Bergeries boat.

Ce restaurant vaut vraiment le détour. Même si la carte ne révèle pas un choix démesuré, ce qui est plutôt une qualité, elle a le mérite d’être maîtrisée. Les plats étaient à la hauteur des attentes pour des fins gourmets comme nous. Le cadre est très sympathique et chaleureux, mais un petit groupe de musique aurait pu agrémenté. À regret, le fait d’autoriser nos voisins à fumer n’est juste pas admissible pour un tel niveau de passions gustatives.

Excellente découverte avec une cuisine très fine. Très bons conseils pou les vins. Le personnel était très sympathique sans être guindé. Le pigeon en 2 service est un régal. Les desserts étaient du même niveau. Avec un tout petit peu plus de choix ce restaurant mériterait très certainement une étoile.

Un très bon moment, lieu, service, équipe et repas.
Beaucoup d'originalité.
A faire sans hésitation.
Nous y reviendrons en cas de séjour en Corse.

Décevant! A éviter, c’est bien simple en 3 semaine de vacances nous avons fait tout les jours des restaurants celui ci était le pire. Rien n’était bon! Le foie gras en entrée revisité une catastrophe, avec une gelée par dessus horrible. La suite n’était pas mieux. Un échec, on s’attendait à une belle vue mer mais il faisait nuit noir à 21h, on ne voyait rien à 1 mètre. La moitié des suggestions sur la carte n’était plus dispo ou en rupture. Franchement je ne sais pas comment ils ont eu leur attribution relais et châteaux. Le seul point positif qu’il faut leur laisser service correct personnel sympa.
