Serge Titrant has transformed these long-established sheepfolds on the hillside overlooking the beaches of Palombaggia into a luxury hotel with character. The choice of materials, the integration with the vegetation, the swimming pool - everything is perfect. There's also a gourmet restaurant, La Table de Mina, run by Alsatian-born chef Jean-Jacques Gauthier. Direct access to the beach via a 700 m path. Visit the gulf with the Bergeries boat.

Le cadre est très agréable , au bord de la piscine , très belle vue . La cuisine est correcte sans plus . Le service moyen , il faut servir le vin soi même . Les entrées sont chères au vu de la quantité .
