A small, gentle change in the Parenti brothers who have been operating on Napoleon Avenue for several years. The young chef Joachim Lemaileu is now at the helm of his quality brigade to offer the region's gourmets a refined cuisine, from appetizers to desserts prepared by the in-house pastry chef Gaétan Pionneau. A menu card always in osmosis with the season and local products, perfect service, a prime location on the quayside. Special mention for the cheese platter from the Sartenais, for the shellfish tank and fish stall from the Gulf of Valinco and for the richness of the wine list.
