Régine and Jean-François have now returned to their land, just above Baracci beach. On the program: a beautiful bucolic property in the middle of oaks, eucalyptus, olive trees and pines where a beautiful room and its solid wood frame are enthroned. A vegetable garden, small local fishing, the best local products to offer beautiful and good dishes that will satisfy the most blasé of gourmets! Service in the evening only in a soothing setting, far from the stress to better enjoy the moment.

Chaque année, c est avec plaisir que nous allons dans ce restaurant. Tous les plats sont délicieux. Le cadre est joli et apaisant. Le personnel adorable et professionnel. Régine la gérante prend toujours soin de ses clients. Je recommande fortement, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Super endroit, l’accueil est au rendez vous et les plats sont délicieux avec des produits frais et locaux. Le risotto de pâtes était un délice je recommande fortement ce restaurant

Très bonne découverte de cette auberge typique corse tenue par Régine. De l’accueil jusqu’à dans l’assiette tout a été parfait ! Sans compter les conseils de visites des alentours pour profiter au mieux de la région.
Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochaine visite sur Olmeto.
