We will buy without fear a 24-month-old farmhouse ham from Bastien Agostini, the whole range of coppa, lonzo, salamu, panzetta... Beautiful selections of refined farmhouse cheeses made with milk from the Casgiu Casanu Association and of course the whole range of wines, jams, honeys, olive oils and liqueurs... The little something extra: from November to February, the essential fresh seasonal products, not available in summer: figatellu, sausage, sausages. One advice, one advice, remember to book them!
