An unmistakable silhouette on Propriano's harbor, the man in the hat, Pierre Géronimi, symbolizes good food, know-how and the tireless entrepreneurial spirit that characterizes him. Meat and charcuterie are local, from animals born and raised in Corsica; sheep, goats, pigs and cattle come from selected small local farms. Winner of the Star et Métier Grand Prix in 2022 and Made in France 2023 selection, Pierre is innovating again this year with his range of traditional Corsican recipes cooked in jars and terrines, all homemade!

Une boucherie qui a déjà pignon sur rue avec son étalage et les différents paniers proposés. Mais là, Monsieur Geronimi a frappé fort avec une nouvelle gamme de produits corses. Nous avons eu le plaisir de déguster le sauté de veau corse aux olives. Mais quel délice. N’hésitez surtout pas. Bravo Monsieur et toute l’équipe de la boucherie Geronimi
