An unmistakable silhouette on Propriano's harbor, the man in the hat, Pierre Géronimi, symbolizes good food, know-how and the tireless entrepreneurial spirit that characterizes him. Meat and charcuterie are local, from animals born and raised in Corsica; sheep, goats, pigs and cattle come from selected small local farms. Winner of the Star et Métier Grand Prix in 2022 and Made in France 2023 selection, Pierre is innovating again this year with his range of traditional Corsican recipes cooked in jars and terrines, all homemade!

D’authentiques produits Corse faits Maison. La terrine à la clémentine est un régal. Le patron est truculent.

Viande de très bonne qualité. Un étal avec beaucoup de choix. Une équipe au top et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous reviendrons sans problème. Je recommande les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui aime la bonne viande

Nous avons acheté un colis à 75€ Composé : d’une cote de bœuf convenable, les saucisses passables et enfin les merguez inmangeables. Nous sommes très déçus de ce colis, nous ne recommandons pas cet artisan qui profite des touristes, quel dommage !
