The table of the Bernardi-Piazza family is famous in all the Alta-Rocca, and one comes there midday and evening to enjoy the specialities of Stéphanie who cooks us her inescapable mountain dishes. Thus, we find there among others the pork-butchery of Zicavo, the tripe of veal to the tallanaise, the cannelloni to the brocciu, the stew of wild pig to the boletus and the creamy polenta and other sweetnesses.
