A FESTA DI L’OLIU NOVU

Since 1996, the emblematic Festa di l'Oliu Novu celebrates the arrival of spring and the first olive oils of the year in one of the most beautiful Corsican villages, the capital of olive oil: Sainte-Lucie-de-Tallano. Situated at an optimum altitude, the village is engaged in a process of renovation of its olive grove and in the revalorization of the olive growing culture. New olive oils, know-how and local talents are presented to the public. An opportunity to taste one of the key products of the local culinary heritage!
