FOIRE DE L'HUILE D'OLIVE

Since 1996 the village of Sainte-Lucie-de-Tallano has been organizing its Festa di l'Oliu Novu which celebrates the arrival of spring by presenting to the public the new oils of the country and the know-how of olive growers. The village has long been committed to the rehabilitation of its olive groves and the development of olive growing. The local golden and tasty oil is particularly appreciated by connoisseurs. An oil that owes much to the quality of the Germanna d'Alta Rocca, a variety that thrives at the altitude of the village of Saint Lucia.
