Village establishment located 30 km from Ajaccio offering classic specialties such as traditional charcuterie

A good, quiet village establishment not far from Ajaccio. Dapper and welcoming, it offers cosy, well-kept and well-equipped rooms. The cuisine deliberately focuses on the interior, livestock farming and classic specialties: artisanal charcuterie, pizza, wild boar in sauce and homemade fiadone. A warm welcome makes for a pleasant stay. As an added bonus, Santa-Maria is open all year round! Family-run for 50 years.

a 5 pers sur le mar a mar en reconnaissance pour 2023 , j'ai adoré cet hôtel resté dans sur jus des année 70, ||des appliques, armoires de salle de bains, au lampe de chevet, ect..||super bien entretenu||bon repas , PD parfait||gentillesse du patron et de sa collaboratrice||Alain Lecoeur

Propreté irréprochable, chambre vintage mais fonctionnelle, équipement de la chambre et la salle de bain très sommaire mais en bon état.||Petit soucis de variations de températures sous la douche et insonorisation de la chambre très légère

I twice lived in this hotel during trips in Corsica and I can only strongly recommend it. Very good services and warm welcome. Excellent local dishes. I promise me to go back soon.

Good address a few kilometres from Ajaccio.Très warm welcome, good room nevertheless half-board, on the meal (menu imposed without originality). A shame because the cold cuts is excellent and the cuisinièe seems very good.
