Corsica Gastronomia also manufactures a wide range of products made in Sarrola with raw materials sourced largely from local sources. Two brands are available: Charles Antona and Minnà specialties. Flagship product: Charles Antona jams with a minimum of 50% fruit, cane sugar, no colorants, preservatives or artificial flavoring. Other products include chutneys, fruit jellies, canistrelli, nougats and honeys, as well as traditional terrines made from the island's typical raw materials, such as brocciu (a fresh cheese made from sheep's milk), figatellu (a lightly smoked sausage made from pig's liver), chestnuts and myrtle, soups, ready-made meals and pâté de tête. New: Minnà fruit creams, a range of delicious jams and jellies with a creamy, seedless texture and intense fruit aromas, and Minnà 100% organic fruit specialties with no added sugar (less sweet than a normal jam). A dietary delight!
