Corsica Gastronomia also manufactures many products developed in Sarrola with raw materials from very wide soil. Two brands are available: Charles Antona and Spécialités specialities. Flagship product: Charles Antona's jams with a minimum of 50% fruit, cane sugar, colorants, preservatives and artificial flavourings. Other products: chutneys, fruit pulp, mare, nougats, honey but also traditional terrine developed with typical raw materials of the island, such as brocciu (fresh cheese based on sheep's milk), figatellu (pork-based sausage, slightly smoked), chestnut, myrtle, and also soups, cuisinés, cuisinés. New: Minnà fruit creams, a range of delicious jams and jellies to the creamy texture without kernels and pépins to aromas of intense fruit as well as the 100% organic fruits Minnà, organic fruit specialities without added sugar (less sweet than normal jam). A dietary delight!

c'est une marque qui se réclame du "label" Corse et en fait elle joue sur le flou de l'origine des produits, châtaîgnes de l'UE, fruits dont l'origine n'est pas mentionnée, en fait ,à priori, il n'y a que lieu de fabrication qui est corse, le reste est poudre de perlimpinpin.
