A much-appreciated genuine Corsican menu, excellent authentic cuisine to match the Sartène setting.

A garden perched in the shade of century-old trees next to the Échauguette and the chef's delicious cuisine with generous plates, this is the meeting place for many regulars: soup, lasagne with brocciu, veal stew à la sartenaise and the new brazier where meats, burgers and veal sausages are served. A fine wine list and top-notch welcome make for a dream meal where you'll feel pampered from starter to dessert. 100% Sarten cheeses and the unmissable fiadone. We just love it!

Cadre très agréable, parenthèse très appréciée dans la chaleur de l'été, service professionnel, personnel souriant et chaleureux, cuisine faisant la part belle à toutes les spécialités régionales, très bon rapport qualité/prix, bref, je recommande!

Belle terrasse ombragée qui est très appréciée quand il fait chaud. Spécialités corse très bonnes. Notamment la terrine à la myrthe. Bon service. Prix correct.

This is the right place if you want to eat typical corsican. Fried zucchini, Pie with myrthes (to have fallen by ground) cannelloni with brocciu. The terrace is shaded but you should not fear the throngs of tourists who flock on the square. The price is a little high however. But you have to admit that it is delicious. Remember to book to avoid too much a long wait or risk not to have place

Nous y avons mangé le 5 août. Le cadre est très beau et ombragé. La vue mer est petite et on ne la voit que du bord des remparts. Le repas était excellent surtout les fameux beignets de courgettes. L'attente était un peu longue mais le restaurant était plein. Heureusement que j'avais réservé car sinon nous n'aurions pas eu de place à 13h de l'après-midi.
