In addition to Stéphanie and Emmanuel's equestrian farm, you can enjoy an original farm table located between Tizzano and Sartène, whose products come from the estate and local producers. On the program: Corsican charcuterie (the real thing), vegetables from the garden, organic veal from the farm, seasonal fruits and artisanal cheeses. All the dishes and desserts are home-made and the lucky ones who come in winter will enjoy the figatellu grilled in the fireplace and other seasonal delicacies.
