Pascal Codaccioni, a pure Sartenais native, has been using this address in the old town for three years to highlight local recipes. It is easy to discover in this typical pedestrian street with its two small vaulted rooms, its outdoor tables and its formulas and menus that smell of the land. On the menu: the Spuntinu plate, cannelloni with brocciu, sautéed veal with olives or wild boar, stuffed sartenais (zucchini with brocciu without meat), squid and wild boar stew; for dessert the famous fiadone brocciu lemon and sweet chestnut. Excellent accueil, service impeccable, rapide et efficace. Sens du commerce et de l'hospitalité, assiettes spuntinu copieuses et excellentes, tiramisu aux canistrelli copieux et parfaitement réalisé, enfin bref, un restaurant typique Corse délicieux.
