The pleasant tree-lined terrace heralds a fine selection of authentic cuisine that doesn't disappoint: Jean Zani's plate of farmhouse Corsican mountain charcuterie from Altu Tàravu, Corsican sheep's and goat's cheeses, excellent eggplants stuffed à la bonifacienne, lasagne, "Abbatucci" sausage à la plancha (and all sorts of other grilled meats), not to mention the chestnut moelleux. The drinks menu is very extensive, particularly in terms of beers, so there's something for everyone!
