CAMPU TONDU
The brave young farmer Georges Preziosi settled in 1999 on this long-standing area. Taking advantage of the richness of the maquis, he develops a complete range to meet AOC rules, but we can taste the typical wild lavender honey, a local exclusivity that alone deserves to come into these places. The basket will be completed with a bottle of olive oil produced from the endemic zinzala variety known for its fruity taste and sweetness. To complete the table, Campu Tondu offers two great charming cottages in the heart of the area, which are classified as 4 stars, to discover the beauty of the sites of this valley.
