CASTELLU DI BARICCI
A beautiful area created in 2000 in the heart of the Ortolo valley, known as the source valley, which in the 500 th century had more than hectares of vineyards. Laurence and Elisabeth Quilichini-Phelip run the winery and olive groves on the property of 300 hectares, 12 of which are vines, exposed to the south-east. The winemaking know-how and the work of the vine lead to the production of white, red and rosé, which quickly made a beautiful reputation. Cœur for red 2012, high in oak lightning for 18 months. Point of sale next to L'Echauguette restaurant in Sartène and visit the area by appointment. In the th century mansion, you can discover the charm of charming accommodation, or its old outbuildings.
