It is in a magnificent stone store, decorated with a press and traditional millstones, that you can find Patrick Bartoli's olive oil. He proposes two oils: the AOP Oliu di Corsica, very soft, with the perfumes of the maquis. And, rarer on the island of Beauty, a green fruity oil, classified as olive oil of France, produced from picholine in association with aglandau and local varieties sabine, zinzale and ghjermana. While it has aromas of artichoke and fresh herbs, its ardency and bitterness are not very pronounced.

L'accueil fort gentil de la dame présente
Et tous ces produits à la vente.
Différentes huiles, biscuits, tapenades, ustensiles etc..
Que des bons produits du terroir a des prix plus que raisonnables.
Vous pouvez également goûter les huiles car certaines sortent un peu de l'ordinaire comme par exemple l'huile à la clémentine ou encore au citron où a la menthe.
Il y a une bonne sélection de vins Corse également et quelques savons à l'entrée..
Pensez à prendre du liquide car les cartes bancaires ne sont pas acceptées, le seul bémol
