A must in this small village of Serra-di-Ferro. U San Petru has been serving for several generations a homemade family cooking, grilled on wood fire and home made chips. In season, the numerous regulars meet during the musical evenings in the pure Corsican cabaret spirit to eat, drink, sing and dance in the joy and the good mood of the whole Geronimi team. The Must in this micro region! Reservation is strongly advised to savour the veal on the spit prepared by Dume every Friday and top service from Christine and her team.

Soirée veau à la broche Trop cher. Malgré la bonne ambiance musicale je suis déçu par le contenu de l’assiette : un peu de viande beaucoup de peau sèche immangeable et 4 pommes de terre… pas de légume. L’assiette d’entrée (charcuterie locale faite en corse) était bonne. Le dessert un moelleux châtaigne (incomparable avec celui de piazza porta à Sartene) est malheureusement assez fade. Pas de digestif local « offert » avec le café… ça se pratique pourtant encore ailleurs. Je reste donc sur ma faim vu le billet que j’ai laissé !!!

Evviva, un vrai restaurant a l’usu et qui ne se compromet pas en carte compliquée ni produits surgelés, ni ne se fourvoie avec un service spécial touriste… venus d’Ajaccio dans la micro region, nous avons passé un super déjeuner comme on en fait plus beaucoup inde noi. A ringraziavvi
