Seasonal opening, from mid-May to the end of September, for this famous Merendella, where Stéphanie and Michel Caprino have returned to the original formula. This year, their son Jean-Christophe takes over the reins of the establishment, supported by his father. Adorable garden, romantic arbour and the chef's good recipes, beautiful plates, recipes combining tradition and modernity, quality raw materials... You'll just have to make the effort to get in and, of course, book in advance to be sure of enjoying this veritable institution.
