In the centre of the village of Sotta, a Relais well known to the local people who love the Nustrale veal and for good reason, we are here at the Pandolfi Family, cattle breeders who took over a family business in 1993. The lady in the kitchen and the gentleman in the dining room will delight you with seasonal products with their own identity: PDO or farmhouse charcuterie, crispy belly pork, Corsican style soup, veal tripettes, figatellu and brocciu in season, tianu de vitellu, beef steak, veal quasi from the Relais, linguine with gambas. Les plats : le Tianu de veau accompagné de purée (à peine chaud) est très classique. Le Quasi de veau (escalope de veau pané avec tranche de jambon et sauce tomate accompagné de quartier de pdt frits) la consistance de l'escalope m'a surpris cela ressemble à escalope milanaise de mauvaise qualité...
Service un peu trop rapide à mon goût, nous étions au 2nd service et visiblement, ils étaient pressés de fermer...
Les tarifs sont donc plutôt chers pour les plats servis...donc très moyen comme restaurant d'où mon 3 étoiles, pas pu trouver pour mettre 2,5 !
