In a simple setting between the Alta Rocca mountains and the majestic trees that abound here, the welcome is warm and the dishes generous enough to earn a reputation: homemade Corsican soup, stuffed vegetables, sautéed veal, meat or brocciu lasagne, old-fashioned tripettes, lamb chops, veal chops and other meats cooked in a wood-fired oven (vertical cooking), pizzas, Corsican-style beans and equally gourmet homemade desserts. This is a very authentic address, and Jacques will also be happy to meet you on the nearby hiking trails.

On arrive dans un lieu qui a une histoire (demandez au patron de vous la raconter), calme et beauté de la tonnelle à côté du châtaigner centenaire.
On est accueilli par l'équipe très sympathique qui vous expliquera volontiers (si comme moi vous ne parlez pas corse) ce que veut dire ce qui est écrit.
Ensuite vous mangerez 'la meilleure pizza du monde' a dit mon fils ou bien des plats plus locaux préparés dans le four du chef. Et si vous êtes curieux et causants vous vous lierez sans doute d'amitiés pour ces gens adorables.
