A nice little walk shaded by pine trees, with no major difficulty, in which you start from the Cannone fountain, next to the Bavella pass hostel, marked Tafonu di u Cumpuleddu (the sheep pen in Corsican language). Bring a good pair of shoes and follow the path perfectly marked in red and orange. This hole of 8 meters in diameter is the work of tectonics and the alteration of the tafonis. A little climbing in the rocks at the arrival for this typical curiosity of the Corsican landscape!

Promenade taken in June 2013, the weather. We made the loop of the trou du Bomb.
For a stroll, I advise climbing boots, especially for the arrival at the trou du bomb. I explain.
We left the right of the restaurant, " " below the col " " in the first lace. The way, easy at the beginning, horizontal and marked well, gradually way to a narrower, steep path and marked unfortunately less and less. So much so that we were with several in the doubt moving aim. Fortunately, there are other walkers who show or confirm the way. Several paths cross and that does not things. The more you get closer to the trou du bomb, the slope is accentuated. Its supports must be available. If, at the beginning, on ground, then grass, on arrival, you falls. It is not very difficult, but nevertheless. Good shoes are needed, especially as for touching with the aim, you must climb on rocks. Le Trou de la Bombe is won due to see it, last difficulty, you have to go down a steep promontory approximately 2 metres, before access to the last rock, the famous hole. It is on the latter metres from rise that we liked to be wall-to-wall. Of course 1 hour 45 minutes, going normally.
The return, we therefore the loop returning by parking, at the top of pass, on the right coming from Zonza. The return, you impressed early, the same way to suit. You then on a Y. It is, then the left, wide and marked (the right is the one by one arrived). One ends the loop after 1:00 and walk to parking, " " at the top of pass " ".
For those who have some walking difficulties, I strongly recommend to do the same way, one-way and return, namely to take and return way of parking from the top of pass.
A thing. If you want to have at your feet, a landscape breathtaking, suggestion. Arriving at the foot of the last slope, before the trou du Bomb, on the left, a small path climbs on 30 measure between falls. It will take you on a promontory, a horizontal rocky plateau. And there before your eyes, nothing interposing between it and, a grandiose landscape is offered, including obviously Aiguilles de Bavella, in all its splendour.
Pretty Voilà.Une walk to make, easy at the beginning, but average difficulty while touching with the aim.
