L'Ortu di Rotani started out as a garden, but was naturally transformed into a small restaurant under the impetus of Adrien, who is at the helm of the kitchen, accompanied by Sylvia and Thomas. Born in 2021, this authentic address is already enjoying deserved success thanks to the quality of its local produce. The chef concocts Corsican recipes inspired by his grandmother but revisited in his own way. The result is tasty, with original and generous presentations from starter to dessert. A wonderful discovery!
