A fine creation from the Vincentelli family of the Padulone estate, farmers from generation to generation. The former stables have been successfully converted, and the menu includes veal and beef from the estate, including Wagyu, local fish, a lobster tank and Diana mussels stuffed with fromage frais. A large, shaded terrace and the beautiful, highly original room of the former stables, where you can relax, admire, breathe and enjoy authentic, local cuisine! New for 2025: the estate's own rum production.

The Ferme Auberge L'Ecurie restaurant offers a warm welcome to Aleria. Located by the sea, it offers the ideal setting for a memorable culinary experience. Here, you'll discover tasty, cosmopolitan cuisine, featuring Corsican, continental and Japanese recipes. The chef uses fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to create dishes that will delight your taste buds. For starters, choose from the estate's charcuterie or migliaccioli, small fritters made with fresh sheep's milk cheese. Meat lovers will delight in dishes such as breaded veal escalope, pan-fried lamb or grilled lamb shoulder. Fish and seafood lovers can enjoy stuffed mussels or tuna steak. To finish on a sweet note, opt for the mini chocolate fondue or the Grand Marnier soufflé. A must for any gourmet getaway!

Comment est ce possible de refuser de communiquer la carte à des clients qui sont installés depuis 20 mn, en leur parlant en plus sur le ton d une institutrice énervée (le restaurant étant quasiment vide en plus)
