A real little jewel well hidden in Aléria driven by a fine team which found itself well!
Originally a small grocery store selling Corsican produce and a wine bar, u Spurtinu is now a jewel of Corsican gastronomy. Olivia and her brother Alexandre took over the family restaurant when they left school, but it's the whole Spurtinu team that's asserting its style! Island products find their champions here, and the flavors are poetic from starter to dessert. The extensive wine list promises a wealth of discoveries and emotions. A must-see!
