Restaurant where the creator of the local organic beers Ribella signs with a roaring fantasy his new locavore creation.
Pierre-François Maestracci, creator of Ribella organic beers, created this locavore bar-restaurant, where DJ sets and karaoke sessions resound, in the heart of the theater district, in a setting of sanguine brick and vaulted stone. Buffalo skulls adorn the walls, while a commedia dell'arte mask dominates rows of local beers. On the menu: nustrale and organic products, wood-fired farmhouse meats and revisited traditional Corsican dishes, all awarded a Gault & Millau toque. Hats off to you!
