Located on the Place de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, renamed Place du Marché, this brasserie has been open since 1928. At lunchtime, when the square is bustling with activity, it serves hearty dishes based on fresh, seasonal produce. We'll be happy to describe the menu to you in detail and recommend some good Corsican wines or local craft beers. In the evening, the menus are more like tapas, to be shared with friends or family. The establishment also offers artisanal ice creams as soon as the warm weather arrives. A sure bet!
