More than 140 artisan chocolate makers from Corsica and around the world have their latest creations tasted.
For the past twelve years (in 2024), the show has brought together 200 stands of artisan chocolatiers from Corsica and beyond. Michelin-starred chefs are also part of this gourmet feast. On Place Saint-Nicolas, fashion shows, shows, competitions, tastings and workshops follow one another. France's second-largest chocolate fair after Paris, with 45,000 visitors, it helps promote the island's creativity and expertise in gastronomy and tourism.
