U Paese has been perpetuating the know-how of the island's craftsmen for nearly thirty years. Sonia offers figatelli, coppa, lonzu, sausages, prizuttu, ventrè piènu... a quality pork butcher's shop which carries the colours of Castagniccia, but also goat's and ewe's milk cheeses from shepherds, brocciu, chestnut flour, liqueurs, not forgetting the inevitable olive oil. A great selection of Corsican wines of high quality: organic farming and / or biodynamic for the pleasure of the real and taste. A shop to see urgently!

U Paese è una "épicerie fine" situata sulla centralissima Rue Napoléon a Bastia.
Indirizzo molto interessante se siete in cerca di charcuterie locale certificata AOP e prodotti corsi di grande qualità.
Potrete acquistare (e gustare) salumi tipici come coppa, lonzu, prisuttu, panzetta, bulagna/vuletta, ma anche pâté e terrines di ogni tipo, canistrelli, marmellate e confetture locali e cabaret con piccole selezioni già pensati per regalare un assaggio di Corsica, disponibili anche confezioni in sottovuoto a prova di viaggio!
Personale gentile e competente, e all'interno l'area in esposizione è caratterizzata dal profumo delizioso di prodotti freschissimi e appetitosi!
