U Paese has been perpetuating the know-how of the island's craftsmen for nearly thirty years. Sonia offers figatelli, coppa, lonzu, sausages, prizuttu, ventrè piènu... a quality pork butcher's shop which carries the colours of Castagniccia, but also goat's and ewe's milk cheeses from shepherds, brocciu, chestnut flour, liqueurs, not forgetting the inevitable olive oil. A great selection of Corsican wines of high quality: organic farming and / or biodynamic for the pleasure of the real and taste. A shop to see urgently!

Nous avons acheté pour 150 euros de produits divers le 1/07 avant de reprendre l'avion. Vin, charcuterie, fromage.
A notre arrivée , nous avons constaté qu"un fromage avait une date de consommation avant le 30/06 ( ça passe encore même si ce n'est pas légal ) par contre l'autre fromage emballé avait une date limite au 25/05.

Cher Monsieur, nous sommes navrés de cette mésaventure. Un simple coup de téléphone et nous vous aurions aussitôt posté un autre produit afin de remplacer celui-ci. Nous espérons que cela ne vous a pas empêché de consommer ce dernier. En effet, pour la charcuterie et le fromage, une Date Limite d’Utilisation Optimale est réglementaire, mais nous comptons parmi nos meilleurs produits des tommes affinées 12 mois et du jambon affiné 36 mois.
