Quiet and refined 4 star hotel between sea and mountain with restaurant, organic spa, swimming pool and whirlpool
This typical Cap Corse "American house", built in 1853 by a doctor in Napoleon's armies, was in ruins when Joëlle and Jean-Paul Pietri decided to turn it into a charming address some 30 years ago. Set between the mountains and the sea, it's a haven of peace with swimming pool, restaurant and organic spa. You're on the east coast, 20 minutes from Bastia, in a peaceful setting with all the refinement and comfort of a 4-star hotel. Same owner as Les Mouettes d'Ajaccio.

Dans un jardin de le cadre est superbe au milieu de plantes et arbres locaux .Un dîner servi par un personnel jeune et très sympatique de bon conseil et des plats de recettes locales excellents.Bref une bonne soirée.

Nous connaissions cet établissement depuis longtemps. Mais nous n’y avions jamais été. Nous avons dîné en terrasse sous de magnifiques palmiers. Le décor est très agréable et le repas soigné et délicieux. Un très bon moment.

Le service était impeccable, et le rapport qualité/prix très bon. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. On y mange bien, on s'y sent bien, on y est bien reçus.
